About Alinea Law Members

Alinea was co-founded by Geoff Caesar and Holly Jade O'Leary on the first day of summer 2019. Based at The Royal Exchange, a luxury destination at the heart of London's financial district, Alinea offer business and legal services on a subscription basis, and regularly host brand presentations on behalf of the creative and luxury sectors. For international brands wishing to enter the UK market Alinea offer showroom facilities and business services. Through Geoff having worked with many entrepreneurs, investors and business owners from a wide range of industries, combined with Holly Jade's managerial background in the arts and creative sector, the directors identified a need to make access to business consultation, reliable, up to date, template legal documents and legal advice accessible, and represent our clients best interests through the provision of Letters of Before Action to tactfully facilitate the recovery of late payments with the retail and service industries. They also recognised that entrepreneurs, investors and business owners would benefit from collegiate support and access to relevant events, such as networking opportunities, art exhibitions and brand accelerators.
